PIERO’S GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the gift card issued by PIERO’S LAS VEGAS LLC (“Piero’s”).  By purchasing or using the gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  Please read these Terms carefully before using the gift card.  These Terms are subject to change without notice.

1.      Gift Card Description: The gift card is a prepaid card that can be used to make purchases at Piero’s as a form of payment.  Gift cards do not expire.

2.      Service Fee: Beginning the 13th month after your purchase of the gift card, a service fee of $1.00 USD per month will be automatically deducted from the card balance until the balance reaches zero.

3.      Non-Reloadable: The gift card is non-reloadable.  Additional funds cannot be added to the gift card.

4.      Use Limitations: The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to obtain cash advances.  It cannot be resold or transferred.  You cannot use your gift card to purchase other gift cards.  

5.      Lost or Stolen Cards:  You should treat the gift card as if it were cash.  Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.  Piero’s is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the gift card.

6.      Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL PIERO’S HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AMOUNT OR KIND OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE GIFT CARD.

‍7.      Governing Law: These Terms and the use of the gift card shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Clark County, Nevada for all disputes arising out of or related to the gift card.

8.      Modification and Termination: Piero’s reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice.  Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Piero’s website.

By using the gift card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Piero’s regarding the use of the gift card.
