PIERO’S WiFi TERMS & CONDITIONS

Piero’sLas Vegas LLC (“Piero’s”) provides WiFi access as a courtesy and convenience onan AS-IS basis.   By accessing and using the complimentary guest Wi-Fi network (the “Service”) provided by, you agree to the following terms: 

‍Acceptance of Terms.  Use of this Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use.  If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

‍NoExpectation of Privacy.  The Service is an open, unsecured network.  Information sent or received over this network may be visible to others.  USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

‍ProhibitedUses.  You agree not to use the Service to:
Engage in anyunlawful, harmful, or malicious activity.
Transmitoffensive, threatening, or infringing material.
Access ordistribute pirated, illegal, or unauthorized content.
Attempt to gainunauthorized access to any system, device, or data.
Interfere with ordisrupt the network or other users.

‍NoWarranties.  THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OFANY KIND, INCLUDING RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Service may be suspended, terminated, or restricted at any time without notice.

‍UserResponsibility.  You are responsible for the security of your owndevices and data.  Piero’s recommends using up-to-date antivirus software, firewalls, and other precautions when accessing public Wi-Fi.

‍Limitation of Liability.  Piero’s, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (including data loss, viruses, unauthorized access, or service interruptions) arising from use of the Service.

‍NetworkManagement.  Piero’s may monitor, restrict, or block usage to maintain network integrity and ensure fair access for all guests. 

‍Monitoring and Enforcement.  Piero’s, in its sole discretion, will determine whether your use violates these terms and conditions.  Piero’s will take any action it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion to address violations of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to taking appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone who accesses Piero’s Wi-Fi network.  YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS PIERO’S AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING, OR TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF, INVESTIGATIONS BY SUCH PARTIES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

‍GoverningLaw.  These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada without regard toconflict of law principles.
